			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To day is a day where most people might expect us to blog about that <a href="http://www.facebook.com" title="Facebook " target="_blank">Facebook</a> hits the stock market&#8230; But we do find it much more interesting to tell you guys about our new crew-member in <a href="http://www.kadaver.dk" title="Kadaver Web " target="_blank">Kadaver</a>! Let us introduce you to Moise Patrice Ishimwe a five and a half year old boy from Rwanda with great football skills! Moise lives in the SOS children’s village Kayonza in the eastern part of Rwanda and our relationship has just begun.<br />
We are very fond of this charity form. Being able to connect the two piers makes the feeling of supporting so much stronger. Already now we are looking forward to the next update from Moise and Kayonza. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bring the duck to the other side of the road, take a picture, upload it to facebook and win an iPad.</p>
<p>Last week this funny event started along with a big full range campaign for the telecommunication company <a title="Bibob hjemmeside" href="http://bibob.dk" target="_blank">Bibob</a> in Denmark.</p>
<p>Kadaver has developed the overall scheme together with the agency <a title="&amp;CO hjemmeside" href="http://andco.dk" target="_blank">&amp;CO</a>. Kadaver’s focus has been the new identity, the digital strategy and events. The new identity was developed together with our skilled companions at <a title="Haus hjemmeside" href="http://haus-cph.dk" target="_blank">Haus Copenhagen</a>.</p>
<p>The campaign is build aronud the smartphone game Time Ducks which is developed by the danish company <a title="Tough Guy Studio Hjemmside" href="http://www.toughguystudios.com/" target="_blank">Tough Guy Studios</a>.</p>
<p>We are very happy to present this large scale campaign and we are proud to see its running very good.</p>
<p>Visit <a title="Facebook Bibob" href="http://facebook.com/bibobmobil" target="_blank">Bibob’s facebook page</a> and follow the duck around Denmark. You can also participate in the high score competition in the Time Ducks game on your smartphone and win a trip to Las Vegas.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently this project has been launched with Kadaver in front of the communication control panel.</p>
<p>The project is all about everything we preach. Through a user-driven <a title="website" href="http://www.skabdinby.dk" target="_blank">website </a>citizens of Copenhagen can engage in the exiting process of mapping out the city based on their own thoughts and experiences. Throughout this summer there will be lots of activities and challenges to embrace.</p>
<p>This brilliant project is designed and carried out by three guys hired by <a title="Teknik og Miljøforvaltningen" href="http://www.kk.dk/FaktaOmKommunen/Forvaltninger/TMF.aspx" target="_blank">The Technical and Environmental Administration of Copenhagen</a>. It is based on a Ph.D. by Peter Munthe-Kaas investigating the interesting topic: “Temporary urban spaces for user-driven innovation”.</p>
<p><strong>The Team:</strong></p>

<p>Their job is to rethink involvement of citizens in city planning and renewal. The strategy is to ask the citizens “what is?”, instead of asking them “what could be?”. With this approach they hope to learn more about the city in its present state, and thereby gain knowledge for new projects and ideas to be fulfilled.</p>
<p>The philosophy is: “What the citizens like now, they want more of in the future”.</p>
<p>We love this project and we are thrilled about our role in it. It has been a very nice process involving all the good people we know</p>

<p><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m working on an interesting project. It&#8217;s co-created, co-developed and now we just started a process of co-funding it too. I think we&#8217;ve done a really good job at building digital platforms with website, facebook, twitter and as of yesterday also an indiegogo crowd funding campaign. I&#8217;m looking forward following it and I hope we will make it in time. And I&#8217;m forgetting to mention that I love the project too &#8211; we&#8217;ll gather 30 entrepreneurs from all age-groups on a tall ship and sail around the Baltic Sea for a week!&#8221;</em></p>
<p>More fact about the project here:<br />
From June 10th to 17th, 2012 an intergenerational group of 30 change makers will set sail on a Tall Ship in the Baltic Sea.<br />
Over the course of one week, facilitated by workshops, deep conversations and the movement of the sea, the group will explore the notion of ‘cultural maturity’ in an era of global change and in the quest for a more sustainable way forward for our societies.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The 1 st. of April I,Tanja Hall, started my new job as a project manager at Kadaver.<br />
A few words about myself:<br />
I`ve been working as a creative developer and project manager at Monopolet. Later on I was a journalist at Børsen, a business newspaper, writing about cultural stuff, lifestyle, health and trends. Then I started my own project, Youth Explorer &#8211; where I created noncommercial campaigns in coproduction with the target group (youngsters between 17 and 20) Our first campaign won this years I.A.A. price for the best campaign of the year.</p>
<p>I love philosophy, people, triathlon and playing super mario. I`m also an entrepreneur, together with an architect I developed the concept behind Green Gym, is a co2 neutral fitness center. </p>
<p>When I sat down to reflect what I`ve learned during my first 3 weeks at Kadaver this popped into my head: When four people are passionate about what they do, they can truly change the world of advertising into something meaningful. That is exactly what the guys in Kadaver have done and will continue to do. </p>
<p>I feel lucky and excited to now be a part of Kadaver.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In February 2012 Kadaver facilitated  a couple of workshops with 8 students from Copenhagen in order to <em>coproduce</em> an antismoking campaign for the Danish Cancer Society (Kræftens Bekæmpelse)</p>
<p>At Kadaver we are proud to be able to give young people a voice and it has been a pleasure to work with young, talented people.</p>
<p>Oscar Hannibal Højsteen is a high school student from Rungsted Gymnasium who participated in the <em>coproduction</em>. Today he was interviewed by the Radio.</p>
<p>&#8220;Today I participated in a debate at the radio channel DR Radio, where I discussed the new smoking legislation.</p>
<p>In the end of February Kadaver in co-operation with The Danish Cancer Society (Kræftens Bekæmpelse) launched a campaign to create a positive public feeling among the politicians, which seemed to have been a success. The parliament has now begun the 3rd hearing of the bill, and at present time only The Danish People&#8217;s Party is sceptical about a possible smoking legislation, that would ban smoking on educational institutions which have persons under the age of 18.</p>
<p>The main argument against a legislation remains the same, which a heard again at the debate today that people have the right to decide over their own body.</p>
<p>But I believe that the smoker has to show respect and leave the area, else it&#8217;s him who actively prevent the free movement of others and by that take away their freedom.&#8221;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I follow up on my last post on the hilarious Old Spice campaigns and the far-out and bizarre in advertising.  Here are just a few more outstanding examples from the crazy world of Old Spice.<br />
<a title="A sea Captain " href=" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzowzUsq6iY" target="_blank">A sea captain returns home</a> to his wife while fighting a monster stuck to his shoulder.  An obscene amount of gold-coins keeps running out of the pockets of his pants, resulting in an extreme flood of the living room. He flashes an impressive 14 abs in front of his wife while revealing to us, that it&#8217;s all just an illusion, created by the scent of the Old Spice products called Swagger.<br />
“Don&#8217;t tell my nose that” is the quirky remark by the wife, that ends everything off just perfectly.<br />
The crazy communication of Old Spice went even a step further with a product intended for the christmas sale of 2011; The Bear Deodorant Protector. It is a kitschy plastic bear, made to hold your Old Spice deodorant in a very decorative way.  Of course this silly product came with its own hilarious viral ad. An infomercial parody, where the same elderly actor plays all the characters. He is the slick salesman, the excited audience, and the satisfied customers. Once again, it&#8217;s a very funny and quite bizarre trip. It´s obvious that you are likely to doubt if the The Bear Deodorant Protector is for real, but they assure you that: ”Yes. This product exists and is available for purchase”.  I&#8217;m hooked and wish to get one soon.</p>
<p>I sincerely hope, that more advertising agencies and clients here in Denmark start taking chances on this bizarre and meaningless form of comedic communication. Through humor, comes a great deal of credibility.</p>
<p>When I seem to sense, that the people behind the campaign had fun doing the project and they themselves seem to believe in what they are doing, I am way more likely to connect with the message and invest time and money, on whatever they are trying to sell me. When the opposite is the case, I usually tend to turn off mentally or in extreme cases even reject and detest the brand.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Am I the only consumer, who is bored to death by the lack of imagination which generally rule the danish ad-world? Is Denmark just too small a market to take chances on the bizarre and far-out?</p>
<p>The american campaigns for Old Spice are sparkling examples of original execution and innovative advertising. A nearly extinct brand suddenly regained ground and this time around, a much needed young and fresh consumer group, was a reality. The celebrated campaign of 2010: ”The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” has become a textbook example of how to masterfully incorporate humor in tv-ads and viral youtube videos, with an admirably successful interaction with the audience. To try to follow up on this massive success was, without a doubt, a big challenge, but I for one welcome that the Old Spice ads are getting increasingly more far-out.</p>
<p>Here follows a few examples of exactly how bizarre the communication has become:</p>
<p>The NFL-star Ray Lewis was the first new spokesperson after the seductive Old Spice Guy. In a series of highly energetic <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSPYKmOkZ_c" target="_blank">tv-ads</a>, we get to know him flying on a giant raven, shooting laser at the planet Saturn, talking with a bear and growing 6 heads out his shoulders.  All very senseless, but hilarious and exhilarating.</p>
<p>The latest spokesperson for Old Spice is actor Terry Crews. He has been hired to push the sale of a product called Odor Blocker. The concept here is as bizarre  and explosive as one would expect. Terry Crews is yelling his message out in face of the viewer, while he is flexing his muscles,  crushing buildings and sitting on a talking tiger.</p>

Du skal være klar til at varetage kommunikationen med udvalgte kunder og strukturere mindre og større projekter fra start til slut.</p>
<p>Det er meget vigtigt, at du også har en kreativ forståelse og har interesse for vores produkter, film, grafisk arbejde, kampagnestrategier osv. Vi har en flad ledelsesstruktur og deler opgaverne imellem os, som de opstår.</p>
<p>Kadaver har meget ambitiøse vækstmål. Derfor er det vigtigt for os, at vi finder en person der synes det er sjovt, og spændende, at være med på en rejse med de op og nedture det indebærer. Du skal derfor være interesseret i at være med til at bygge bæredygtige strukturer op, som kan skabe stabilitet og tryghed til fremtidens udfordringer.</p>
<p>Vi er en meget samarbejdende organisation, hvilket afspejles i de kreative processer og vores åbenhed for nye inputs. Vores nye projektleder skal derfor også have kompetencer til at indgå i denne relativt kaotiske hverdag og befinde sig godt i uvishedens uforudsigelighed.</p>
<p>Det er en stor udfordring at starte eget bureau midt i finanskrisen og den udfordring er en konstant del af vores hverdag. En projektleder bliver en naturlig del af, hvordan vi håndterer vores udfordringer, hvilket vi forventer, at du vil tage del i.<br />
